Why that one breaker keeps tripping

A breaker trips for one of three reasons: too much load, a short, or a ground fault. Telling them apart is most of the diagnosis.

Trips immediately, every time

That is a short or a ground fault, and it needs finding rather than resetting. Stop resetting it.

Trips after a while, under load

That is usually overload, and the fix is another circuit rather than a bigger breaker. Fitting a larger breaker to stop the tripping removes the protection and leaves the wire.
